Dr. Minh Tran is the owner and clinic director of Norcal Brain Center. His uses a multi-disciplinary approach including physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, dietary and lifestyle changes to restore his patient's health in the shortest amount of time.

Dr. Ali is an accomplished individual with a diverse range of skills and experiences. Born and raised in Iran, Dr. Ali received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduation, he decided to further his education and pursue a Master's degree in Advanced Engineering & Management in the UK

Irene has been working at NorCal Brain Center since March 2021. She enjoys working here because she has a passion for patient advocacy and feels that she learns something new everyday on the job. She is dedicated to helping patients get better and assisting the doctors.

Melanie graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies. She is currently working towards becoming an occupational therapist. Marisa recently graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology. She is currently working towards becoming a physical therapist. In her free time, she enjoys training in martial arts and spending time with family and friends.

Segufta was born and raised here in San Jose and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Neurobiology from UC San Diego after attending both De Anza and Foothill Community Colleges. Anne has been with Norcal Brain Center from the start. She is happily married and has three children. She is passionate about seeing people come in with difficult problems and leaving with great results. Seeing these positive changes allows her to be proud of the team.

Jaclynn graduated from University of the Pacific with a degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science. She is currently working towards a career in nursing and hopes to one day become a nurse practitioner. While being the first point of contact at Norcal Brain Center, she loves connecting with patients when they come in and seeing them get better over time.

Lily is from Sacramento, CA and currently working towards becoming a registered nurse. She is a people’s person who loves meeting new people and listening to others talk about their passions.
