Stimulating your brain is just like walking for our legs and helps keep us on our feet. Research has shown that doing brain exercises helps the nerve cells in our brain to make new connections and allowing us to learn more. The more we do to help stimulate, aka “exercising” our brain, the more we out expanding our own brains capabilities. While sometimes these brain exercises may seem hard and tedious but the more we practice them the easier they will become. Physical Exercise

Exercising being good for your body is a tale as old as time, and it will continue to be so because the proof is in the pudding. Multitudes of research articles and journals tells us how good exercise is good for the mind and body. When we exercise, we increase the amount nutrient rich blood that reaches our muscles and tissues including the brain. Exercise helps trigger the development of brand-new nerve cells, the ones responsible for nourishing our brain and keeping it strong and healthy. They are also responsible for helping us build new connections in the brain and helps improve the plasticity and efficiency of our brain. Not only does it affect the health of our brain but also the longevity and health of our body. Exercise lowers your blood pressure, improves cholesterol levels, helps blood sugar balance, and reduces anxiety, all of which will help your body in the long run.

Stress

Stress as well as chronic stress can negatively hurt our body. Overtime stress and the affect that it can have on our body can cause hormonal changes, heart irregularities, respiratory issues, and many other things. Simply put stress can affect every single system in our body and disrupt them in a way that takes away from their optimal function, which serves to provide for us, and makes it take care of itself.

Blood

Our blood and different markers in it are big indicators of how our body is working as whole. Things such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, glucose/sugar levels, vitamin, and hormone levels, plus many other things are important in helping us see where our body is lacking and needs some extra help in getting to where it needs to be.
