What can we do about headaches and migraines?

Headaches and migraines can be extremely debilitating to someone’s life. One simple way to treat their migraines and headaches some people have found effective uses essential oils. Peppermint and lavender have both been found to help decrease migraine pain either with inhalation through an essential oiler diffuser or through a steamer. The food and drinks you ingest can be a major contributing factor to the pain you are feeling in your head. When we eat or drink, certain hormones are released and mechanisms in the body start playing out to digest this food. Different kinds of food will trigger different hormones to be produced and sent out in the body that our body can react to.

Most people do not realize that their eye and eye movements can lead to people’s headaches and migraines. It is important the people not only get their visual acuity checked but also their eye’s tracking abilities to see if their eyes could have any underlying causes that can be causing their headaches.
