Migraines

Migraines are a type of headache that is considered more severe and painful.  Other symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, and blurry vision and accompany it.  Children who get migraines tend to have them through their adulthood because they tend to get worse over time, and rarely go away on their own.

The root cause of migraines can be narrowed down to dysfunction in an area of the brain called the brainstem.  There are a few things that can trigger this dysfunction; improper biomechanics of the neck, metabolic inflammation, and abnormal hormones.  To get the best results with migraines, both the cause and triggers must be addressed.  This is the main reason why people have gone to many different doctors and still are suffering with migraines.   Our whole body approach is what gives us our high success rate with migraine treatments.

Our approach includes addressing:

  • Restoring proper biomechanics of the neck
  • Neurological rehabilitation for dysfunctional areas
  • Food sensitivities and nutritional protocols
  • Hormonal Imbalances
